that You should be mindful of him?
Yet You have made him
only a little less than the angels,
and crowned him
with a soul and splendor.
You gave him dominion
over the works of Your hand.
You placed everything under his feet.
Sheep and cattle, everything,
even the beasts of the open feild;
the birds of the sky and the fish of the sea,
for he crosses over the paths of the sea.
